We live in a very high paced and stressful time. Workouts and classes are becoming aggressively too intense which leads to long-term injury.

Sometimes all we need is a recovery and reset class to give our body and mind a break and feel recharged.

Monday Motivation...

It has been only 2 days since we had our first Men's Mental Health Fundraiser in support of @camhfoundation

I am still lost for words to describe the support, love and encouragement I received with the presence of each individual from our community.

Thank you to CAMH for giving me the platform. None of this would be possible without the sponsors BMO, Pizza Nova, Forest Hills Real Estate, Dove Cleaners, Lululemon, Mary Brown's, and of course the generous donations from other businesses like Onelife meals, Aroma Coffee, UrbanTan salon, The11 bike, JustHockey. Last but not least the generous donations and support of each individual. Also the support of our media and influential people who came out to show some love.

Together we have surpassed our target goal of $10,000 by 237% 🙏❤️📈.

I look forward to continuing this legacy and making it even a bigger and better event next time with your support 💪.

AK Fitness is fundraising for Men's Mental Health for CAMH because it's time to stop the Stigma.

Mental health is paramount to overall health. We all suffer in various ways, however as men we suffer in silence and don't talk about our problems. It's time to make mental health a priority. Everyone deserves access to help when they need it. A man should not be judged or looked down upon as weak when he expresses his pain, but rather listened to and encouraged to speak.

Help us spread the love and support by funding the cause and also possibly come join us and take part in our fun filled Get Active challenges on April 1, 2023. This is Not a Joke.
