Youth Training Camp

AK Fitness provides the ultimate youth training camp. Our camp develops young players to maximize their athletic performance and growth through functional training. Please find below the details for the camp.

  • Duration: 31st July to 18th August
  • Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Timing: 9 am to 12 pm (noon)
  • Lunch and protein shake provided for each camp day
  • The trainees will also get a t-shirt and a goodie bag
